I think the guy is an actor named Jason Butler Harner.
He's one of those actors who get cast regularly in roles on stuff like L&O or CSI where he's a main character for one episode or smaller roles for 3 or 4 episodes on something like The Walking Dead.
Whether he's a bf or not - who knows. But, how they'd even know each other is a mystery. I can't recall their having been in anything together where they may have met.

OMG I know Jason. He's been a staple on the NYC stage for a long time. In just about every show he's been in he was buck naked. I joked with him that I've seen him naked more than I've seen myself. I know we are all supposed to think Pedro is hot but I don’t at all. His beard is way too patchy and scruffy and he’s got weird jowls along his jawline and his hair is always a mess and his skin looks greasy and ruddy. I don’t get the attraction at all.
