But during the 2023 edition of the competition, she has claimed she was snubbed by the camera crews.

"I obviously went to the US Open this past weekend, and for whatever reason whoever was in charge did not want me on the jumbotron this year," Lucky said to the media.

"I don't know their reasons, they didn't share them with me, but I still had a lot of fun and I've made my peace with it.

"I know the universe has a plan for me, and like I said last time, 'Beer Girl' is part of me, and maybe I'll take her to another sport that wants some of her fun-loving energy soon."

Djokovic through to semi-finals

On Tuesday, Novak Djokovic qualified for the semi-finals of the US Open as he bids to win his first tournament in New York since 2019.

He defeated the American and ninth seed Taylor Fritz in straight sets, winning out 6-1, 6-4, 6-4.

He will no doubt be watching Carlos Alcaraz's quarter-final tomorrow against Alexander Zverev.

Alcaraz defeated Djokovic at Wimbledon earlier in the year and will bid to claim his second Grand Slam of 2023 at the final opportunity.

Whilst he is ranked best in the world he will lose the spot to Djokovic when the charts are updated after the tournament, no matter how well he does.
